Information

About - Eagerly awaited by many breeders, Coros, the world's best six-year-old jumping stallion, is now entering the breeding program. The valuable bay stallion embodies the ideal of the modern showjumping sire with brilliant type, long-legs, correct, elastic and is naturally balanced.

Performance - In 2020 he won the Westphalian Championships with Hendrik Dowe and took bronze at the Bundeschampionat for five-year-old show jumpers. In 2021, as a six-year-old, Coros switched to the saddle of Philipp Weishaupt, recorded his first international placings in Chantilly/FRA and Lier/BEL, secured silver - narrowly beaten - at the Bundeschampionat and won gold with dream rounds at the World Championships for six-year-old show jumpers in Lanaken.

Sire -  His sire Cornet Obolensky, himself was successful under rider Marco Kutscher in the show jumping arena up to the Olympic Games. He is one of the most successful show jumping sires worldwide. He has sired  individual European Champion and Team Vice World Champion Clooney/Martin Fuchs/SUI, the Aachen runner-up Balou du Reventon/Brian Moggre/USA, the Team Vice European Champion Comme il faut/Marcus Ehning and our Grand Prix winner Colestus/Christian Kukuk.

Dam- Coros' dam Atemlos B achieved victories and placings in tests for young show jumpers. Her full brother Apollo placed internationally in 1.50 meter jumping competitions. Her half-sister Gina Lee B (by Grasco) successfully competed in 1.40 meter show jumping competitions. The dam's sire was the 1st Reserve Champion of the NRW licensing, Arpeggio. The lifetime earnings of his offspring recorded in Germany alone, including All Inclusive NRW/Denis Lynch/IRL or Ludger Beerbaum, Acomet/Theo Muff/SUI and Allerdings/Marco Kutscher or Henrik von Eckermann/SWE, amount to over 1.9 million euros.

The great-granddam Winni is a full sister to the licensed stallion Weinstern (both by Weinberg).
