Terms  - €1000+VAT, allowing unlimited attempts with chilled or frozen semen, for one named mare in one breeding season. If the mare is certified not pregnant before the end of September then a 50% credit applies to spend on a Schockemoehle / Helgstrand covering the following year. If the first AI of the year is July 1st or later, the credit the following year is 100%.

Please note: Schockemöhle prioritise mares on site in Germany for chilled semen from their stallions, so popular stallions may be unavailable in the peak of the season with no notice. We strongly advise that you have a second-choice stallion in mind also standing at Schockemöhle, in case your first-choice stallion cannot be supplied.

Information

About - Veniro shone at his licensing in Münster-Handorf with his charisma, his beautiful type, good confirmation and his mechanics. When moving, he always works loosely through the body. All three basic gaits are endowed with plenty of rhythm and scope.

Sire - His sire Va Bene passed his 50-day test in Schlieckau with a score of 8.59, qualified for the Bundeschampionat as a five and six-year-old under Johanna Wadenspanner, was in the German line-up for the World Championships for Six-Year-Old Dressage Horses in 2022 and made his debut as a seven-year-old in 2023, winning advanced (S) level dressage competitions with scores of over 75 percent. Numerous top foals have been bred by Va Bene.

Damline - The dam De Nira is a half-sister to the advanced (S) level dressage horses Walentina (by Don Frederico) and Brenton (by Brentano II) as well as the medium (M) level dressage horse Wioletta (by Floresco). De Nira's sire De Niro won Grand Prix dressage competitions as an eight-year-old under riding master Dolf-Dietram Keller, including the Hamburg Dressage Derby. He led the WBFSH ranking of the world's best dressage sires for six consecutive years. He owes this to his numerous successful championship offspring, such as the Olympic team gold medal winner and individual bronze medal winner Desperados under Kristina Bröring-Sprehe, the World Championship team gold medal winner D'Agostino with Fabienne Müller-Lütkemeier and the European Championship bronze medal winner Delgado with Beatriz Ferrer-Salat/ESP). The aforementioned Desperados is also one of the more than 100 licensed sons of De Niro, who was named Hanoverian Stallion of the Year in 2008.
