Information

About - Chacco's Son I was very special right from the start. Aged five, six and seven Chacco Son's was attracting attention at the World Championships for Young Show Jumping Horses under René Tebbel. In 2014, with Maurice Tebbel in the saddle to pair won their first international 1.40m competition. A year later the pair also won their first 1.50m and achieved a team silver at the European Young Riders Championships. In 2016, the pair made their debut at 5* and impressed straight away with a wonderful clear round at World Cup tournament in Leipzig. Many confident rounds followed at World Cup tournaments, Nations Cups and the Global Champions Tour. He is a stallion that always stood out for his will, athleticism and intelligence. Chacco's Son I and Maurice Tebbel made a significant contribution to the German team's victories in both 2017 and 2018 thanks to his wonderful clear rounds.

Sire - Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix of Aachen and won the Grand Prix of Neumünster. The success of his offspring placed him amongst the top ten of the world's best show jumping sires for the first time in 2015. Since 2017, he has led the ranking of the world breeding federation WBFSH. His most successful offspring include the Vice European Champion and Global Champions Tour winner Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, the European Team Champion Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL and Grand Prix winner Chacna/Enrique Gonzalez/MEX. The latter was one of eight of Chacco-Blue’s offspring who took part in the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. Almost 50 of his sons have been licensed.

Damline - The dam line of Chacco's Son I also produced the licensed stallions Amantino by Amantus and Power Light by Pilot, winners of international Grand Prix and Nations' Cups with lifetime earnings of 127,478 Euros, as well as the successful show jumper: Whoopy by Weinberg internationally in S***, Mya Mercedes by Montender in S***, Let's Fly by Laurentianer in S*, Bellagio, Power Pack by Pilot in medium class, Piccolino by Pilot successful in medium class show jumping competitions.

Progeny - Chacco's Son passes on his athletic genes to his offspring, who are highly successful up to advanced level. The best example of this is his son Fermoy (formerly Chacco's Light), under Maurice Tebbel was the German runner-up and also won the 5* Nations Cup at the CSIO Brussels in 2023. Fermoy is now under the saddle of Cian O'Connor as his Olympic hopeful.
